Delivery Information

Here at DecKing, we aim to deliver your decking as soon as possible. Once you have placed your order we will begin the delivery process. Your order will be organised onto a route within our network, ensuring it reaches you as soon as possible. All products listed on www.DecKing.Group and www.DecKingWarrington.co.uk are in stock and will be delivered within 7 days (unless stated on the product page).

Please allow one working day for your order to be processed. You will receive order confirmation once the order has been processed.

Delivery Method

Depending on your order, the item(s) will either be delivered by one of our personal drivers or a courier. Please see below for more information.

Please note unfortunately we are only able to deliver to UK mainland, due to high delivery costs to offshore islands. If this affects you, we would still welcome your custom. Please be aware we can deliver to an address of your choice on UK mainland and you can arrange delivery from there. Alternatively the goods can be collected. Please contact us for further details about how we can best assist you.

Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 3 – 7 working days but can occasionally be sooner.

Once your order is ready to be delivered we will be in touch. You will receive an email from us at least 1 working days before delivery so you know when you should expect to receive it. If the day of delivery that has been assigned to you is not convenient please contact us as soon as you can. We can then attempt to re-arrange delivery for the following week so your decking arrives on a day that is more convenient for you.

If you would like to choose a specific day for your delivery we can arrange this for an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange this.

Deliveries take place between 7am and 8pm on the allocated day. Our driver will contact you via telephone at least an hour before arrival.

Our decking will be delivered on a 3.5T Sprinter vans or flatbed van, for large orders the delivery may be made by 7.5 - 28 tonne LGV. Please make sure suitable access is available to the property before ordering. We accept no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be made due lack of access to your property.

Please make sure someone is available to assist with unloading. We don’t want to leave your order in the wrong place, this is why it’s important someone is home. If you know where you would like your decking to be left, please tell us.

 

Curbside/Front of Property Delivery

The delivery is curbside only and we request that assistance is given to the driver to unload the decking. You should make sure there is enough room for one of our vehicles to unload your decking and enough room to place your decking in your desired location. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your decking once it has been delivered.

Small Orders

Smaller items such as fasteners will be delivered by Royal Mail 24 or DPD next day delivery. This is a tracked 1 – 2 day service.

1-3 packs of fasteners will be sent with Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days delivery)
4+ packs of fasteners will be sent with DPD. (Next working day).

Sample Pack Orders

Sample packs will be delivered by Royal Mail 24. This is a tracked 1 – 2 day service.

Customer Delivery Instructions

Upon checkout you may leave extra delivery instructions. Our drivers and contract drivers can not always meet the requests, however, they are passed onto the drivers.

Delayed Deliveries

On extremely rare cases a delivery may be delayed from the original delivery date. This may be due to a reason such as a delivery vehicle breaking down. In such rare circumstances we will do our best to get the delivery to you on the same day, however, if we are not successful, we will rearrange the delivery for another day and provide you with prompt notification.
